Tech Sales Jobs seeks a Strategic Account Lead to own and grow a major retail relationship end-to-end, leading buyer meetings and negotiations, and directing cross-functional teams to keep the assortment pipeline on track.

This senior, client-facing role requires autonomy and decision authority, with accountability for account strategy and growth, including collaboration with Creative, Product Development, Pricing, and Sales Ops. West Coast-based with some travel.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a large, concentrated retail account relationship at a strategic, client-facing level.
• Track record operating with full autonomy and decision authority.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across creative, production and pricing functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the buyer relationship end-to-end, leading meetings, negotiations, and order management.
• Build buyer-side credibility and trust at a senior, strategic level.
• Own overall account strategy, identify growth and risks, and expand within the account.
• Coordinate with Creative, Product Development, and Sales Operations & Pricing to shape the plan and decisions.
• Represent Magenta at the executive/strategic level in negotiations, guiding deal terms.
• Track opportunities, orders, and customer communications in the CRM; maintain pipeline and forecasts.
