- Industry experience: 7+ years in specialty chemical sales to pulp & paper.
- Sales & business management: Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Leadership: Track record of leading teams and developing talent.
- CRM & stakeholder management: Build trusted customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales and service operations with P&L accountability.
- Develop sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and develop regional sales/service teams.
- Strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities.
- Provide market insights and ensure safety/compliance in activities.
