Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Area Manager, Pulp & Paper (West Coast & Southwest) based in the United States. You will lead regional sales and service operations across the West Coast and Southwest, with responsibility for accounts throughout Oregon, California, and neighboring states.

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science or related engineering discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional sales and service operations with P&L accountability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue across West Coast and Southwest.
• Lead, motivate, and support sales and service professionals.
• Strengthen customer relationships and deliver tailored specialty chemical solutions.
• Oversee strategic accounts with focus on safety, pricing alignment, and compliance.
• Provide market and customer insights and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align priorities and improve customer service.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
