Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Security to lead West Coast security operations. You will build high-performing teams, champion best practices, and develop scalable programs protecting people, assets, and operations at scale. Onsite from our Santa Ana headquarters five days a week.

Reporting to the Head of Physical Security, you will manage budgets, KPIs, policies, and cross‑functional programs, delivering concise executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate security management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Deep expertise in physical security disciplines: access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, guest management, and fire life-safety systems.
• Proven track record developing security policies, procedures, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead West Coast Security Operations with internal and contracted teams to ensure service delivery.
• Drive workforce planning including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Track KPIs, metrics, and SLAs to measure program effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Own regional security strategy, aligning initiatives with business priorities and growth.
• Escalation point for security concerns across West Coast sites; act as a trusted leader cross‑functionally.
• Develop and review security policies and SOPs reflecting current threats and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Technical Security to assess surveillance, access control, and alarm systems; drive improvements.
• Manage budgets, headcount, and strategic projects; deliver programs on time and within budget.
