Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Security Lead to join the Corporate Security team in a 24/7 on-site role at the Santa Ana, CA office.

You will lead the security team, coordinate daily operations, and respond to security incidents while ensuring safety and compliance across facilities. The role requires a valid security license, a driver's license, and at least 3 years of security experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Non-Commissioned Security Officer License
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 3 years of security experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Experience as Security Lead or Supervisor, guiding teams under pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze problems using logic and reasoning
• Attention to reading body language and people cues
• Proficiency with Google Suite programs
• Strong listening skills and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling and monitoring surveillance
• Lead security contact, providing operational support for the team
• Oversee daily operations, shift coverage, and incident response coordination
• Support training, SOPs, site protocols, and compliance
• Report irregularities to prevent losses and damages
• Complete observations and surveillance reports
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Contribute to security team duties and incident response decisions
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist employees and customers in emergencies
