Job summary

Collectors in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Security Lead to join our Corporate Security team. You will protect personnel, property, and profits in a 24/7 environment, reporting to the Sr Supervisor, Security, and working onsite five days a week with two shift options (2:30pm–11:00pm or 11:00pm–7:30am).

You will lead daily operations, patrols, surveillance monitoring, incident response, and training to ensure SOPs and site protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Valid Non-Commissioned Security Officer License is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• At least 3 years of security experience, preferably corporate.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises and monitor surveillance to deter and detect incidents.
• Serve as lead security contact, coordinate operations for the team.
• Oversee daily shift coverage, incident response, and management communications.
• Support training to ensure SOPs and site protocols are followed.
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and completing observations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist employees and customers in emergencies.
