Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Security Lead to join its Corporate Security team in Santa Ana, CA.

The role is onsite five days a week, with shifts from 2:30pm–11:00pm or 11:00pm–7:30am, and a focus on protection of personnel, property, and profitability in a 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of security experience, a valid security license, and a driver’s license, plus strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Non-Commissioned Security Officer License is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• At least 3 years of security experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience as Security Lead or Supervisor and ability to guide teams under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Serve as the lead security contact and coordinate for the team.
• Oversee daily operations, including shift coverage and incident response coordination.
• Support training; ensure SOPs, site protocols, and compliance standards are followed.
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and completing reports documenting observations.
• Maintain organizational stability by complying with legal requirements.
• Make timely decisions and remain calm in emergencies; provide customer service.
• Respond to emergencies to assist employees and customers.
