Job summary

Critical Fit Recruiting seeks an executive to lead a West Coast commercial team and own strategic relationships that drive the Americas business. You will shape the regional commercial strategy, sell capacity and technology, and report directly to the Managing Director, Americas.

You will lead five on the team and manage strategic accounts across AI, cloud, and semiconductor customers, negotiating multi-year commitments and aligning with global manufacturing to match capacity with demand.

• Proven track record selling value and technology to sophisticated customers.
• Ability to manage high-stakes pricing and multi-year commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a West Coast commercial team of five.
• Own and grow strategic accounts across AI, cloud, and semiconductor customers.
• Drive the Americas commercial strategy toward high-value programs.
• Manage capacity, allocation and pricing conversations in a demand-constrained market.
• Coordinate with Asia-based manufacturing to align capacity with commitments.
