Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead West Coast field service teams, ensuring SLA execution, target achievement and high customer satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, liaise with customers, and provide technical support to the team while promoting service excellence.

You will guide growth of the service business, coach staff, and align targets with regional strategy, while ensuring compliance and ethical standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Trade School Degree required.
• Business Administration or Engineering, preferred.
• At least 5 years leadership experience in an equipment servicing industry.
• Work experience managing a service organization.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Steer and coordinate the West Coast Service activities
• Coordinate the West Coast service locations
• Drive growth of the service business
• Set, align and govern Service targets, processes, standards, methods and tools
• Support the development and implementation of the Service Strategy
• Actively monitor market and competition trends
• Drive best practice sharing and Services excellence e.g., cross-selling
• Manage collaboration with interfaces
• Provide technical and non-technical customer support
• Lead the local service organization to provide world-class support and guidance
• Improve customer satisfaction and develop a best-in-class service portfolio
• Continuously optimize service excellence and digitalization
• Internal customers: R&C; Service functions in BU and Divisions
• External customers: Take decisions and set/align expectations
• Support country-level decisions
