Job summary

ALVEST is seeking a Regional Customer Service Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead the regional service organization and ensure high-quality customer support across the region. The role includes directing service tasks, coordinating KPIs, and interfacing with internal teams and customers to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Service Management or Customer Support environment.
• Experience managing customer relationships, field service activity, and team management.
• Hands-on experience with GSE equipment; strong diagnostic skills in electrical/hydraulic/HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional customer service activity and meet KPIs (TOC/TIR/TAT).
• Manage AST team and supervise third-party activity within the region.
• Coordinate monthly Critical Customer service calls and KPI packages.
• Provide field support including commissioning, training and repairs as needed.
