DNE Laser USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the West Coast territory, selling metal fabrication and manufacturing equipment. You will manage the full sales cycle, travel for on-site demonstrations, and build long-term dealer and customer relationships.

The role is remote-first with travel up to 75–100%, offering $70,000-$85,000 base plus commission. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2B industrial sales and a proven ability to grow market share in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales
• Experience managing a territory independently
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and fabrication workflows
• Experience working with dealer or distributor networks
• Comfortable with technical sales discussions and demonstrations
• Proven ability to grow market share
• CRM experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a West Coast sales territory focused on metal fabrication and manufacturing customers
• Develop relationships with fabrication shops, manufacturers, dealers, and industry partners
• Travel throughout the territory conducting customer visits, equipment demos, trade shows, and sales meetings
• Work directly with customers to understand production challenges and recommend equipment solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through quoting, negotiation, and closing
• Support and strengthen dealer/distributor relationships throughout the region
• Collaborate with applications engineering and service teams to ensure successful equipment fit and customer experience
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM tools
• Represent DNE Laser USA professionally within the manufacturing community
