Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Specialist Retail Training based in Los Angeles, Century City, to lead West Coast training initiatives across stores. You will collaborate with Store Leaders, In-Store Trainers, and the West Coast Area Lead to implement learning strategies that drive business results.

You will travel regularly (up to 60%), manage onboarding for new store leaders, and deliver training across formats, both in person and digitally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in retail training management or area-level L&D.
• Proven track record delivering trainings across multiple stores.
• Able to travel up to 60% and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end area training strategy across West Coast stores.
• Assess performance, identify needs, and prioritize training with Area/Store Leaders.
• Develop a strategic training calendar aligned with launches, seasonality, and customer service initiatives.
• Lead the NSO onboarding process with coordinated facilitators and impactful delivery.
• Deliver high-impact training across in-store, classroom, virtual, and digital formats.
• Design and tailor learning content to local needs for scalable deployment.
• Monitor training effectiveness through data and learner feedback; adapt as needed.
• Drive adoption of the digital training platform into daily retail operations.
• Champion onboarding for new hires at all leadership levels and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed new tools and programs.
