XAL is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (all genders) to drive growth across the West region, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. This hands-on, field-driven role works with reps, clients, and the design community to expand our presence in the spec-grade lighting market.

You will combine technical lighting knowledge with relationship-building to identify the right solutions, travel regularly, and represent XAL at meetings, site visits, and trade shows, feeding market insights back

Competenze

• Experience in lighting, electrical, or technical sales is required.
• Strong understanding of lighting installations and design awareness.
• Spec market experience is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles or San Francisco and travel.
• Proficient English communication.
• Hands-on, proactive team player with independent working style and intercultural skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct joint sales calls with manufacturer representatives, specifiers, and key accounts
• Build strong relationships with lighting designers, architects, developers, and end users
• Support clients in identifying the right lighting solutions based on design intent, performance, and budget
• Drive specification opportunities from the early design phase through project realization
• Represent XAL at meetings, site visits, and trade shows
• Act as the voice of the market, feeding back to engineering and management
