Light Efficient Design is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the Sales Rep Agencies across CA, CO, NV, WA, OR, ID, UT, AZ and HI. The role emphasizes coaching, strategic area planning, and collaboration with senior management.

This position requires residence near a major airport and frequent travel (2–3 weeks per month) to support distributors, pursue new partners, and align regional plans with national goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales reps and driving regional growth.
• Strong knowledge of the electrical distributor channel.
• Background in lighting or electrical markets is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and support sales reps across the region.
• Complete area planning with reps and target new Preferred Partners.
• Travel within territory 2–3 weeks per month to develop accounts.
• Develop regional plans and align with national goals.
• Report regional trends and performance to senior management.
