Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. is hiring a Regional HR Business Partner for the West Coast, based in Fontana, CA.

You will partner with site leaders across multiple warehouses and transportation sites, lead workforce planning, ensure compliance, and drive retention and engagement for frontline teams. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, conducting investigations, coaching leaders, and partnering with Recruiting on onboarding and site launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, including regional or multi-site support.
• Experience with frontline, warehousing or logistics workforce.
• Strong employee relations and investigations experience.
• Knowledge of US and CA employment law, wage-and-hour rules.
• Data skills and ability to turn metrics into action.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for regional and site leadership across West Coast locations.
• Lead workforce planning, labor cost, staffing models, and seasonal peaks.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and California wage-and-hour laws.
• Track turnover, attendance, time-to-fill, and engagement metrics.
• Drive retention programs for frontline and supervisory staff.
• Coach site managers on performance management and leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on hiring plans and onboarding.
• Standardize HR policies and SOPs across regional sites.
• Support compensation reviews and organizational changes.
