Job summary

YQN Logistics in Port Reading, NJ seeks a Regional HR Business Partner to support Northeast warehouse and transportation locations. You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, performance, compliance, and retention for frontline, multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience including 2+ years as HRBP across multiple sites.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of US and NJ employment laws.
• SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for regional and site leadership.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing models, labor cost, and peaks.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and NJ employment laws.
• Track HR metrics and drive action plans.
• Support onboarding and site launches.
