Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive warehouse or supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation processes and best practices.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities, including warehouse operations, transportation, and overall supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team; promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate closely with other regional teams and senior leadership to align operational goals and share best practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Support new business development initiatives and expansion projects within the region.
