SAMES North America is seeking a Regional Manager to drive finishing product sales across the region. The role blends technical finishing knowledge with strategic account management, distributor training, and hands-on support with customers and integrators.

You will develop distributor plans, nurture partnerships, promote Sames solutions, and collaborate with the sales team to grow market share. Willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial finishing equipment.
• Significant experience interacting with customers and distributors.
• Strong technical/mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Sames products.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally non-local by car or plane.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; ability to operate a vehicle.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a distributor engagement plan for your region with targets and activities.
• Build and maintain key relationships with distributor staff and management.
• Develop industry partner relationships (paint, powder, dispense, integrators).
• Provide informal training on Sames products to distribution partners.
• Promote all Sames products and assist in proposals and equipment design specs.
• Support installation and field service as needed; monitor distributor performance in CRM.
• Attend trade shows and sales meetings; report on regional performance and market share.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts to promote new products and development.
