Summary

Based in Los Angeles, the Regional Client Relations Manager will shape and elevate the client experience across multiple retail locations on the West Coast and select international markets. This role leads CRM-driven client development strategy, field coaching, and boutique activations to drive retention, repurchase, and new client acquisition. The position partners with store leadership and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, measure ROI, and ensure consistent luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional client growth strategies focused on retention, upgrades, reactivation, and acquisition.
• Analyze CRM data to identify high-potential clients, lapsed behaviors, and opportunity clusters.
• Set and monitor weekly and monthly client goals for store teams and individual associates.
• Coach Client Advisors and store leadership through on-the-floor training, workshops, and real-time feedback.
• Plan and lead boutique-level events and activations, selecting invite lists and measuring event ROI.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Operations to align product and experiences with client strategies.
• Prepare and present regular client relations reports and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations, client development, or luxury retail management.
• Proven track record of driving client retention and managing client KPIs.
• Strong CRM and data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience leading trainings, workshops, and field-based coaching.
• Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and ability to influence across levels.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
