This role partners closely with store leadership, the Regional Client Development team, and top sellers to elevate client experiences and drive business growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Propose results-oriented actions and play a key role in in-store client-focused activations and hosting.
• Partner with Stores Client Development and Top Sellers to develop action plans that grow and develop existing clients.
• Serve as a role model for elevated client hosting, clienteling best practices, and high-level selling techniques.
• Operate cross-functionally with multiple departments to deliver overall business objectives and contribute to team development.
