ADDMAN Engineering LLC on the West Coast is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Polymer to lead the supply chain, purchasing, OSP, supplier management, and inventory across Carlsbad, Irvine, and Fort Myers polymer sites. The role directs and develops supply chain personnel, sets priorities, and develops strategies to support production, cost, quality, inventory, and business objectives.

The position exercises independent judgment in supplier selection, sourcing, inventory, cost management, OSP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or sourcing experience in manufacturing.
Experience managing purchasing and supplier relationships, including negotiation of pricing and terms.
Experience coordinating across multiple sites or distributed teams.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the supply chain and buying personnel across the three polymer sites.
Direct and oversee the organization\'s supply chain, purchasing, outside processing, and inventory management functions.
Set priorities, assign work, and hold the team accountable for purchasing, OSP coordination, and inventory outcomes.
Develop and implement supply chain policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls across sites.
Collaborate with plant, production, quality, engineering, sales, and finance leadership at each site.
