Job summary

ADDMAN Polymer in Carlsbad, California, is seeking a Junior Program Manager to support program execution across aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced manufacturing markets. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to drive timely, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will work under guidance from senior program management, develop skills in scheduling, documentation, and performance tracking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in project coordination or program management.
• Internship or co-op experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (AS9100) beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in day-to-day execution of assigned programs.
• Coordinate program schedules, deliverables, and internal resources.
• Maintain communication with customers, including status updates and follow-ups.
• Track program performance metrics like on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
• Support contract administration activities, including scope tracking and change management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Identify risks and support mitigation planning.
• Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and customer updates.
• Participate in program reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation in ERP/MRP and program management systems.
