Job summary

ADDMAN is seeking a Supply Chain Manager — Polymer (West Coast) to own the supply chain, purchasing, OSP, inventory, and supplier management across Carlsbad, Irvine, and Fort Myers. You will lead and develop a team, set priorities, and drive cost, quality, and uptime for the polymer fleet.

This on-site role demands strong negotiation, multi-site coordination, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to implement standard processes while balancing risk and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment, including people management.
• Experience managing purchasing and supplier relationships, including negotiation of pricing and commercial terms.
• Experience leading or coordinating across multiple sites or a distributed team.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop the supply chain and buying personnel across Carlsbad, Irvine, and Fort Myers.
• Direct and oversee purchasing, outside processing, and inventory management functions; establish objectives and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Exercise independent judgment in supplier selection, sourcing strategy, and cost reduction initiatives; manage OSP capacity planning and risk mitigation.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and capacity with key suppliers; lead structured sourcing events.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Oversee inventory control across three sites with min/max levels and cycle counts.
• Travel among the three sites as needed and collaborate with plant, production, quality, engineering, sales, and finance leaders.
• Develop and implement supply chain policies, procedures, processes, and controls across sites.
