Job summary

Southern Resin, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for its North Carolina polymer and resin manufacturing facility.

You will drive safety, production, quality, environmental compliance, and financial performance while developing your team and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the executive leadership, you will oversee production planning, maintenance, procurement coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

8–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Minimum of 5 years managing a chemical, polymer, resin, or industrial facility.
Experience leading multiple departments and budgets.
ISO Quality Systems experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and day-to-day plant operations for polymer and resin production.
Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and maintenance to meet customer needs.
