Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the West Coast medical device market. You will develop hospital relationships, demonstrate products, and manage a multi-state territory as a consultative seller.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in medical device or B2B sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong presentation skills. This is a full-time W-2 role with comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience selling to hospitals, IDNs, or healthcare purchasing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan.
• Prospect and develop hospital and healthcare accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings.
• Maintain CRM activity and forecasting.
• Travel within assigned West Coast territory.
