Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Boston to drive growth across the Northeastern United States. This role involves selling innovative surgical technologies and developing strong relationships with surgeons and hospital systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant sales experience and a track record of success. The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 with additional incentives, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of surgical or operating room medical device sales experience.
• Proven success selling into hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Experience calling directly on surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development throughout the Northeast.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and administrators.
• Sell capital equipment and disposable products.
• Execute a strategic territory business plan.

Skills

Surgical or operating room medical device sales experience

Business development and prospecting skills

Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills

Experience selling capital equipment

Strong relationships with surgeons

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
