Rep-Lite is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across the West Coast for a cutting-edge medical device company. You will develop hospital relationships, present solutions, and execute territory plans to expand market share.

The role requires 2–5 years of medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel throughout the territory. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory.

• Conduct product demonstrations, in‑services, and customer training sessions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurses, supply chain teams, and hospital decision‑makers.
• Provide ongoing product education, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Support clinical procedures and operating room cases when needed.
• Effectively communicate product value through clinical outcomes and economic benefits.
• Maintain CRM activity, territory reporting, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams.
• Attend regional meetings, training events, and industry conferences.

What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing market share, developing new business opportunities, and supporting healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of successful medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience.
• Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to sell within hospital and clinical environments.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory.
• Experience working with hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare purchasing teams is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
