Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of court systems, procedural rules, filings, docketing, and calendaring.
• Prior leadership or people-management experience preferred.
• Relationship-builder with outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of legal operations professionals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on litigation procedure, court rules, filing requirements, and docket management.
• Partner closely with attorneys to provide procedural guidance and operational support.
• Drive performance management, coaching, mentoring, and staff development.
• Support matters across California and other jurisdictions as needed.
