Qualifications

• JD required and active bar admission in a US jurisdiction.
• Strong research, writing, and oral presentation abilities.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Advise attorneys and case teams on procedural and strategic issues in litigation and regulatory matters.
• Research and analyze filing rules across federal, state, and local courts.
• Provide guidance on civil and appellate procedure and calendar management.
• Review filings for accuracy and compliance with rules.
• Develop and present CLEs and training materials.
• Lead MAO operations including court filings, docketing, and service of process.
• Coordinate staffing and resources across offices to support service delivery.
