Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ seeks a dynamic Director of Group Sales to lead a national portfolio of corporate and association group business, driving revenue and serving as a brand ambassador.

You will partner with operations, catering, revenue management and marketing to ensure exceptional client experiences and sustained growth, leveraging a strong sales background and inclusive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hotel group sales across national markets.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative selling and negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive group sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Identify, pursue and secure new corporate and association group business within national markets.
• Plan and conduct impactful site inspections and present customized proposals.
• Collaborate with operations, catering, revenue management and marketing for seamless events.
• Lead and coach a team of group sales professionals; ensure performance and development.
