Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive strategic revenue goals, manage a high-performing sales team, and nurture corporate relationships that reflect Loews hospitality excellence.

You will collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to pursue group and transient business, expand presence in local and national markets, and deliver compelling client proposals and contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven hotel sales and marketing experience with revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales strategy and revenue generation to meet quarterly goals for rooms and F&B.
• Maintain strong sales pace and achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for a healthy sales pipeline.
• Solicit group and transient business independently and with the sales team.
• Increase hotel visibility in local and national markets; conduct sales calls.
• Develop, present, and negotiate customer proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with Loews National Sales Organization and corporate accounts.
• Provide timely communication to departments to support service excellence.
• Coach and mentor the sales team under the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Attend meetings, training, and sales initiatives; ensure compliance and professionalism.
