Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Director GlobalSales - MICE for the West Coast. You will lead MICE and Groups sales across the GSO Americas, building strategic plans, managing key accounts, and traveling up to 50% to support hotels and openings.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in a similar hospitality role, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets with a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach.

• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role in the region.

• Relevant hotel or hospitality experience in a similar organization is required.

Mansioni

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and revenue targets for MICE and Groups.
• Develop and implement focused MICE sales strategy and account plans.
• Manage sales across segments in the territory, with emphasis on MICE.
• Support sales activities: missions, blitzes, tradeshows, Fam trips, and host visits.
• Contribute to weekly reports and SIP plan alignment; ensure data accuracy.
• Build partnerships with key organizations and drive renewal and growth.
