Voltari Electric Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the West Coast USA, based in the San Diego or Los Angeles area. You will drive institutional growth across law enforcement, ports, public safety, utilities, and defense-adjacent customers.

The ideal candidate brings maritime or institutional fleet operations experience, strong relationships with public sector buyers, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Avid boater with hands-on experience in towing, launching and operating small craft (26–55 ft).
• Experience selling to commercial, workboat, or government customers.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter comfortable in a growth-stage environment.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships with law enforcement, ports, and public agencies.
• Develop regional pipeline aligned with fleet transition and multi-vessel opportunities.
• Manage long-cycle procurement processes and RFP engagement.
• Lead on-water demonstrations for decision-makers.
• Conduct operator briefings grounded in duty-cycle realities.
• Translate field insights into actionable internal feedback.
• Participate in proposal development and lifecycle cost discussions.
• Support executive engagement on priority accounts.
• Track pipeline and performance metrics with discipline.
• Coordinate with Government Relations & Marketing for consistent messaging and procurement-ready materials.
• Contribute regional intelligence to product and strategy discussions.
