Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales team management experience, specifically within Enterprise sales.
• 12+ years prior experience selling solutions in a quota‑carrying role
• Track record of building, coaching, and enabling a growing team
• Willingness to travel 50% or more as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue and market share on the West Coast.
• Provide leadership to the Enterprise Sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and channel partners; drive customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team and provide ongoing coaching.
