Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a high-caliber Head of Sales for the West Coast of the United States. This frontline, individual-contributor role is focused on originating, structuring, and closing large, multi-year BPO deals ($5M-$20M+ ACV) across industries.

You will build a high-value pipeline from day one, engage C-suite stakeholders, and accelerate revenue growth with speed and outcomes. Remote work is allowed, with a strong regional footprint and accountability for USA market expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($5M-$20M+ ACV) within BPO/CX/managed services.
• Experience structuring multi-year, multi-country deals and complex commercial terms.
• Strong USA BPO market knowledge with C-suite stakeholder navigation.
• Background in selling AI-led propositions across sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology/Engineering/Data Science; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure.
• Originate, structure, and close $5M-$20M+ ACV enterprise deals.
• Lead complex deal orchestration across CX, BPO, AI, and managed services offerings.
• Drive growth across USA and build direct relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Position the organisation as a trusted enterprise transformation partner.
