Fisher Search Group partners with a leading medical device innovator to recruit an Account Manager in Los Angeles. This backfill role focuses on clinical value-based sales, building hospital relationships, expanding ED utilization, and driving ROI-driven adoption of aerosol drug delivery technology.

The role targets ~30 West Coast hospitals with high growth potential and a strong trajectory, including expansion across IDNs and strategic account development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device or hospital sales within acute care settings.
• RRT credential strongly preferred; ability to discuss respiratory care with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand territory across ~30 hospitals in the West Coast region.
• Drive ED adoption by expanding utilization in underpenetrated EDs.
• Build strategic relationships with therapists, ED physicians, procurement teams, and admins.
• Navigate complex hospital sales cycles with a consultative, value-based approach.
• Position solutions based on ROI and patient outcomes to improve efficiency.
• Leverage Vizient contract to accelerate growth and open new opportunities.
• Balance time between growing existing accounts and opening new ones.
