Qualifications
- 10+ years in development or fundraising leadership.
- Proven track record closing seven-figure gifts.
- Experience in higher education or complex mission-driven settings.
- Excellent relationship-building and strategic communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead West Coast advancement strategy and regional program execution.
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal gifts.
- Build and manage a high-performing West Coast team.
- Collaborate with university leadership and ASU entities to align donor opportunities with priorities.
- Track performance, pipeline, and reporting with disciplined moves management.
