Arizona State University Foundation seeks an entrepreneurial fundraising leader to serve as Executive Director of Advancement, West Coast. Based in California, you will lead regional strategy, cultivate major gifts, and manage a high-performing team to advance ASU's philanthropic goals.

You will build partnerships across ASU leadership, schools, and external stakeholders, travel frequently, and shape donor engagement with seven-figure opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of development or related experience; higher education preferred.
• Demonstrated success cultivating, soliciting, and closing seven-figure gifts.
• Deep knowledge of California/West Coast philanthropic landscape and networks.
• Experience managing and leading professionals with accountability for results.
• Strong communication and proposal development skills.
