Resilience is expanding its field-based Business Development team on the West Coast to accelerate growth in Biologics and Drug Product. You will hunt for new opportunities, build a lasting pipeline, and convert relationships into signed business in a technically demanding market.

The role requires engaging scientific and executive stakeholders, owning the full sales cycle, and traveling up to 50% across the territory while collaborating with Marketing and Operations.

Formación

• Proven record of generating and closing new business.
• Working knowledge of Biologics and Drug Product CDMO processes.
• Hunter mindset, self-directed, and resilient.
• Willing to travel up to 50% within West Coast.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline across the West Coast.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Represent Resilience at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams.
