Job summary

MPI, a global packaging solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development across Hair, Skin and Body care brands in the Western United States. You will build strategic relationships, identify opportunities, and shape packaging solutions to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in beauty packaging sales, established relationships with brand owners, and willingness to travel along the West Coast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of packaging sales experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
• Proven ability to develop new business and win strategic accounts.
• Existing relationships with decision-makers at hair care, skincare, and body care brands are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across hair care, skincare, and body care brands.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share throughout the Western U.S.
• Build relationships with brand owners, procurement professionals, packaging engineers, product development teams, and marketing stakeholders.
• Consult with customers to understand brand objectives, packaging requirements, sustainability goals, and commercialization timelines.
• Present innovative packaging solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
