VIVA Railings is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our sales initiatives across the construction sector, promoting decorative metal and glass railing systems. You will engage with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners to expand market presence and drive consultative solutions.

The role requires strong relationship-building, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage long selling cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial building product sales.
• Proven experience selling to General Contractors and Architects.

Responsabilités

• Architect Engagement: Develop relationships with architects and introduce products.
• Contractor Relations: Prequalify with general contractors and bid on projects.
• Sales and Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, provide quotes, close deals.
• Consultative Relationships: Build ongoing relationships with contractors, architects and designers.
• Market Strategy & Reporting: Track opportunities, maintain contacts, monitor competitors, report insights.
• Quote Management: Follow up on quotes to maximize conversions.
• Territorial Strategy Development: Develop and implement market strategies for coverage and visibility.
