VIVA Railings is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales of our metal and glass railing products across the construction sector, engaging with architects, contractors, and property owners. This role requires deep consultative selling, a track record of meeting goals, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time, while working from a home-based office.

Willingness to travel up to 75% monthly within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Excellent presentation and written communication abilities.
Technical know-how in construction for consultative services.
Experience selling to General Contractors and architects.

Responsibilities

Architect Engagement: develop relationships with architects and present customized solutions.
Contractor Relations: prequalify with general contractors and bid on projects.
Sales and Customer Interaction: respond to inquiries, meet, demo, quote, and close deals.
Consultative Relationships: build lasting ties with contractors, architects, and designers.
Market Strategy & Reporting: track opportunities, maintain contacts, monitor competitors, report insights.
Quote Management: manage quotes and follow up to maximize conversions.
Territorial Strategy Development: create market strategies for broad coverage and visibility.
