Job summary

VIVA Railings in Anaheim, CA is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts for our metal and glass railing solutions. You'll engage architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in consultative selling, driving relationships and product specifications across construction sectors.

The role requires up to 75% overnight travel, a home-based office, and strong CRM skills (Salesforce).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building product sales.
Proven experience selling to General Contractors and Architects.

Responsibilities

Architect Engagement: develop relationships with architects and introduce products.
Contractor Relations: prequalify with general contractors and bid on projects.
Sales and Customer Interaction: respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, provide quotes, close deals.
Consultative Relationships: build ongoing relationships with contractors, architects, and designers.
Market Strategy & Reporting: track opportunities and report insights using CRM.
Quote Management: follow up on quotes to maximize conversions.
Territorial Strategy Development: implement market strategies for coverage and visibility.
