Black Duck Software, Inc. seeks an experienced Technologist to drive customer onboarding and adoption of AppSec products for large enterprise clients. The role emphasizes delivery excellence and customer delight while collaborating with sales, product development, and support teams.

The position focuses on implementing industry-leading AppSec solutions across enterprise environments with remote WEST COAST coverage, ensuring maximum value and high adoption rates.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying SaaS and on-prem solutions.
• Proficient in C/C++, C#, Java and scripting languages.
• Strong client onboarding and project scoping abilities.
• Familiarity with open-source libraries and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Secure Development processes.
• Provide formal client training to drive self-sufficiency.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and solve security/quality problems.
• Deliver end-to-end project ownership from initiation to completion.
• Develop custom integrations with SDLC and DevOps workflows.
• Advise customers as a trusted security/quality consulting partner.
