Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking a Global Solution Architect for its Professional Services team on the East Coast. You will bridge technical and business needs, guiding post-sales customers toward secure, scalable DevSecOps workflows and high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, solution architecture or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Software development background with scripting abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container tech.
• Travel up to 20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture discussions and plan integrations of Black Duck products into customer DevSecOps workflows.
• Analyze environments and requirements to design services and map implementations.
• Identify strategy consulting needs to build out AppSec programs and compliance directives.
• Collaborate with services, sales, and product teams to scope and deliver solutions.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with design and adapt as needed.
• Document best practices and create technical presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide technical consultation on SAST, SCA, and DAST.
• Mentor colleagues and gather customer feedback for product improvements.
