Job summary

Black Duck is looking for an experienced Technologist to join its Implementation and Services Team, focusing on customer onboarding and delivering high-quality software security solutions. This remote position involves working closely with clients to ensure they gain maximum benefit from Black Duck's application security tools. Candidates should have a background in software development, SaaS deployment, and strong client consultancy skills. The role includes responsibilities from project initiation to delivery, making a significant impact in application security.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deploy both SaaS and on-prem software solutions.
• Software development experience with at least two programming languages.
• Strong scripting ability in one or more common scripting languages.
• Experience with project scoping and requirements gathering.
• Understanding of open-source software libraries and their associated licensing.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Secure Development processes.
• Provide formal client training to drive self-sufficiency.
• Engage with customers to solve quality and security problems.
• Deliver end-to-end project ownership from initiation to completion.
• Develop custom solutions for integration into workflows.

SaaS solutions deployment

Software development in C/C++, C#, or Java
