Job summary

Black Duck is seeking an experienced Technologist for its Implementation and Services Team. The role involves driving customer onboarding and helping organizations maximize the value of our Application Security solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong programming skills, client consultation experience, and the ability to deploy SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deploy both SaaS and On-prem software solutions.
• Experience with project scoping and requirements gathering.
• Able and willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Secure Development processes.
• Provide formal client training for self-sufficiency.
• Engage with customers to solve critical quality and security problems.
• End-to-end ownership of project delivery.
• Develop custom solutions for integration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for software testing solutions.
