Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Field Specialist to join our Artificial Lift Systems field operations in the Midland area. You will work at the well site under varying levels of supervision, provide service quality, and troubleshoot advanced equipment with the client on site.

The role requires monitoring, planning, and documentation through job reports and data entry, with travel up to 50-75%. A HS diploma is required, with a technical certificate preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Strong reading, writing and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily operations and safety meetings and reports issues promptly.
• Maintains equipment, facilities and work area in safe condition.
• Monitors data to recommend services and solutions at the well site.
• Plans jobs, mobilization, execution, and completes required documentation for invoicing.
• Available on 24-hour call to respond to client needs.
• Develops and maintains positive client relationships to ensure repeat business.
