Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Wellsite Technician to maintain NexTier equipment, operate sand handling gear, and support field operations at wellsites in Midland, TX. You will follow lead direction, perform routine maintenance, and assist with safety and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diesel maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to operate wellsite equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety rules and perform duties in a safe, approved manner.
• Operate, maintain, diagnose, and repair wellsite equipment as directed by Lead or SDM.
• Unload/load bulk trucks and manage silos, conveyors, and sand handling.
• Document receipts, shipments, and inventory in established records.
