Job summary

NexTier is seeking a Wellsite Technician to maintain and service wellsite equipment, operate sand handling gear, and support field reporting. You will work under the WST Lead, perform routine maintenance, monitor pumping operations, and train less experienced technicians.

This role requires high school or GED, ability to operate heavy equipment, comply with DOT and safety policies, and adapt to varying weather. The position is based in US field locations and may involve shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with engine, electronic, hydraulic and transmission systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules and perform duties in a safe manner.
• Operate, maintain, diagnose, and repair wellsite equipment as directed.
• Assist with training of new employees and document reports.
